It was nice, not bad for a company. There are just things that somehow getting overlooked just like micromanagement.

Enshored has drifted far from the culture it once embodied. It used to be a 'people-first' company, but now it seems to care more about hiring executives than honing its own people. Townhall meetings were always scripted. They demand transparency from their people, but can't do the same for us.

There's no increase in our allowances. The total rewards doesn't make sense at all

Talk more to their employees. Refrain from having scripted conversations especially during town hall meetings.

I feel like there's a lot of work but the pay is lesser. It's really hard to please the management team.
