SOM is micromanaging and now I am having anxiety so I work een outside shifts to get ahead of all things she can call me out

Higher salary as the other companies and better benefits such as reimbursements of PC accessories/ devices like other companies. Fare allowance instead of RTO allowance and Food allowance instead of food packs
