At all. Things from carrying over the values promoted by the company and their worth as leaders and managers
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For the last two years I never had a raise even though I got transferred to a different account that has higher pay.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Needs a reform change of personel. Eradicate all the bad fruits starting from operations directors going down to team captains down to tl's and a few disobedient agent. Anything less than that the company is hopeless and is head on to bankrupcy.
