What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think our basic salary is fair considering the nature of our task and I feel it is at par with industry standards. We also don't get taxed a lot so we get to take home more.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am happy about the work we do in general since I find it's not too complicated and at the same time not too easy. There's no pressure but there are challenging tickets/situations from time to time to keep us on our toes.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Being in a team means interacting with people of different personalities; some you get along well with and some you don't. Diversity is good as it helps improve IPR and communication skills. At the end of the day, we all work well together to meet and many times even exceed our client's expectations
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Though issues are inevitable in any work environment, there is still a sense of harmony and it does not affect how we do our jobs. I think this is because most of the employees have the maturity to stay professional and focused on work. I feel people here are generally happy with the company.
