What are some of the best things about your team?
I think what I can say best is that we are deeply rooted in the core values of our company and that everyone is resilient and receptive to abrupt changes that we do since our account is on the adjustment period of stability.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive about our culture and environment is that when you are at work you will feel that it is just an extension of your own home excluding the bed. The camaraderie between colleagues and co-workers are always in sync with the word TEAMWORk. We never leave someone behind.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like best about the leadership team is that they never take it on you when you give feedback that is not favorable to them and they make sure that they take actions on it. I love the part where they listen without any prejudice and they consider everything as valuable and necessary.
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me happy at work aside from our culture and environment is the sense that it gives you an opportunity to share whatever it is that you think is best and that they gives you recognition for that. The company never makes you feel that you are just a number but a family.
