Its a great experience since i worked here in this company i don't get any problem with the management and they are truly considerate as well.

It was great for the first two years, but it appears that as time passes, the workload increases, the criteria for the score get more tough, but the compensation remains the same.

On my 1st and 2nd year it was great but now I see a lot of people just come and go maybe because the company is getting bigger and a lot of changes happen, also the salary is not yet competitive compare to others. my overall experience right now is neutral. not that great but not that less.

Of course Salary, positive environment and friends.

Very friendly and its nice to team up with them.

I think the most positive culture in our company is that they really value their employee.

they can easily approach and give all the things that we need in our work like boosting their employee by giving more incentives .

we are well organized and responsible to our works and its all because we have a good team leader that can really guide us properly.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
5 years of working for this company I feel undervalued because I heard that newbie salary is much higher than us tenured, also there is no annual increase .

there's a lot of company that giving much more salary, so i think we should get the same rate as others. about compensation there's no doubt that they are really active on that, i am already satisfied on that.
