Burnout, I just find ways to reduce my workload and manage stress

What makes you most happy at work?

Mostly when working from home but onsite I stressed myself only from commuting to work because of traffic and time to mitigate

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I'm concerned that future increases may remain the same and primarily benefit new hires or other employees who haven't reached higher tiers

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Some of my colleagues have left the company and new hires have replaced them and each passing day or month they just leave over and over again.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I have been contributing significantly to the company's success and taking on additional responsibilities, but my compensation hasn't seen a proportional increase. I understand that my role has evolved, and I have been delivering results above expectations.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I give my all out performance through the years and not once I've been given a raise or appraisal. Especially on the APR that have an adjustment to the score didn't even make it to distinguished employee. So I just got burned out this year
