New management vs Old management is night and day. I'm not sure what went wrong. Happy people work better. Put your people first.

People. I'm staying with the company because of the people in my team.

It's not that competitive just like the other companies but it's fair enough with the workload.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I'm just showing up because of the pay and the people I work with. We need better management.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
That's the only problem with the company in general. The pay is not that competitive versus the other companies.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
This is where Enshored shines. They are employee-centric without compromising the quality of work for our clients. The leaders are well mannered and inspiring.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Fast and efficient. I applied on Monday afternoon and the next day, I already got a job, and the day after that was my first day.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Tenured people are not aligned with the salary of the new people. It's not fair that we do all the work but newbies are getting paid much higher than us.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Enshored 2.0 is exhausting. I loved Enshored because of the culture. They put people first and numbers second. Now, we are pressured to deliver impossible stats. Many of TCs and TLs are leaving because of the new status quo. Now, Enshored is the same as other companies. Exhausting and soul-crushing.
