All employees are approachable even the managers and executives. They always interact with us.

Our CEO is very active with his employees. He makes sure that we get the best treatment.

None, but I am very grateful that we are still WFH which saves a lot versus working on site.

We enjoy doing our tasks every day. We help each other when we encounter some difficulties with our tasks.

It is not like any BPO out there. The setup is much better than the average or mainstream BPO companies. The environment is not stressful.

Seeing my other colleagues. Bonding with them. Boredom is never a problem at work. Even some times, I go to work too early just to bond with them.

Direct to the point. They also base their decision based on your attitude. They prefer to have a good attitude rather than a good performer but very arrogant.
