It has always been a blessing for me to be in Enshored. Hoping that there will be more perks next year.
Being with the moderators, knowing their needs, reaching possibilities of making their end and the management's end meet and helping them achieve their goals is the most fulfilling part of the experience being in the leadership team.

Since we are still adjusting with everyone (new team), not as in tact yet, but I can say they care for each as they are trying to be proactive and support those who need it.
Actually it's a neutral but it's not included on the choices - half is yes I am, because of the new learnings but the other half is because of the salary being not satisfactory for the tasks given.
Salary is not increasing; allowances are only given once and scores need to be really outstanding for you to be eligible for an incentive. Even if you are already doing your best, still you won't have it unless you rank amongst the top.
