All officers (internal and external) should be aligned and have salary adjustment.

Being with the moderators as you can feel their trust and confidence in you.

Annual increase most especially for the tenured employees so we can be better motivated and stay.

They aim for your improvement - multitasking helps in being adjusted day by day to the tasks we are given.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Since we are still adjusting with everyone (new team), not as in tact yet, but I can say they care for each as they are trying to be proactive and support those who need it.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Actually it's a neutral but it's not included on the choices - half is yes I am, because of the new learnings but the other half is because of the salary being not satisfactory for the tasks given.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Salary is not increasing; allowances are only given once and scores need to be really outstanding for you to be eligible for an incentive. Even if you are already doing your best, still you won't have it unless you rank amongst the top.
