Excellent! Love working here! <3
The support they give, especially with projects.
The team work, support and transparency.
Transparency, grit and healthy competition.
The hiring managers were very accommodating. No intimidation at all from them.
The ability to help my team, and be a contributor to the entire company as well.
I give credit to selective co workers. Not all are professional though. Not all deserve to be in the position they are in.
My skills and experience should be compensated, especially, I have been a manager for the past couple of years. I believe that the compensation should be based on the experience and skills of a person.
Choose the people you put in positions wisely. If quality of work is what the company wants and needs, hire people who can give you such. Increase the compensation. The company is asking for too much from their people but we are not paid justly.
I used to be passionate. I loved it here. I loved how my career is looking and my relationship with my team. Not until wrong leaders came. I once questioned an inappropriate promotion and was dissed because of it. I was ganged up for fighting what is right.
The amount of work load that we have is not enough to be compensated with only 37k basic salary. Too much work that needs to be done but little to no support is being given. Tasks that we need to fulfill that are out of our scope of work.
Be knowledgeable enough on what needs to be done. We are not guinea pigs. Favoritism, hand picking of people for promotion. Leaders who tell us to get to know our people, but they do not take the time to get to know us. Positions and titles that are just for display, but no improvement on anything.
