We need salary increase since we have workloads that is not within our scope

When I feel fulfilled because I do my work 100% especially if the new hires learned

Yes, because I was transferred from QA to OPS trainer since it's a different role and workload. We are not well compensated enough because I think we deserved more. We're doing a lot or task/workload but our salary is still the same. Especially we're handling new hires which requires a lot efforts.
