Overall experience to this company, When I was new here i really like how they treat and guide us but eventually after some of the good officer leave this company. Some of the new officer is really not good with agent's.

We are not paid fairly because some of us are tier1 and other are tier 2 and tier 3. They getting paid more and we getting less.
