In my 4 years here, I experienced salary increase ONCE. They don't count your effort and loyalty as a candidate for increase. IT'S ALL ABOUT SCORES!!!
they don't care at all. they all think about their scores and work. The way they say, we're here if you need help and support, it's all a facade.
The only thing that's positive, WFH. Pressuring the agent to hit certain KPI without considering the situations in every queues. They all do is just ask you what's wrong or what are the challenges, then nothing follows.
HMO, this can help me to with my medical needs. But, I guess the salary, I think is less because of our nature of work. We are the one who's handling all the stress, because of some videos, we're not comfortable watching. Just for the safety of the users.
