
A lot has changed and its sad because the healthy environment was way different,2 years ago I can say that I am satisfied, now its a different story.

Good. But I'd like to suggest to have attendance incentive as well
When you are overworked and underpaid, you are stressed out. It is self explainatory
Initiative to deliver the tasks on time, team work and willingness to do more when asks.
Good leaders create a peaceful environment at work. A supportive and approachable environment makes feel at home.
Reaching goals, and setting KPI that must be fair enough/applicable for employees to commit without feeling stressed out, and chasing numbers.
Collaboration is important if you are part of the team, There should always be a union and team player. Everyone should be on the same page, not just with the processes but as a whole. You have each others back.
They need to be supportive of their team, they don't have to be super bright, they need to have a heart and a much more humane approach. Where people in the team feel at peace and comfortable working. Stressing people means manipulative management.
