uncompetitive salary, almost 5 years working here and the only salary i've got is only 925

the best way to say, this company is not very competitive with others, others have the same account as in this company but the salary there is higher, and i think this survey is pointless anyway because they are not gonna listen.

as a tenured it would be great help for us if they increase the salary all tenured deserve it,many of the new comers have better salary than us tenured its just unfair,and with the great performance we gave now, i think its time to increase our salary.
