
So far so good but could use a little more improvement.

Right now with very little mistake, you get an NTE that has to change.
I haven't had a salary increase and I was transferred into a non billable account with no bonus coming from the client.
Ian for his part showed empathy when my father died and they did approve my salary loan when I was hospitalized and went beyond my medical coverage.
Follow the same rules as I do. Stop taking breaks that last an hour or so 2-3 times during the shift. Come in on time and go home on time consistently. It is very hypocritical to demand quality work when they themselves do not.
I feel that I have over performed in the early part of my career, specially during the pandemic. I was not given due recognition just because I was the only QA in my program. Now that the account has stabilized and I am already transferred it is even more difficult to get recognition.
