note sure but i ma just looking forward with bonding with other workmates from other teams

My Salary was too low compared to other companies that have the same position like mine.

My Senior Operations Manager listens to me feedback and is very supportive on what I do as a Leader.

Because I have a lot of workload and contributions, yet I felt that my pay was not aligned to the daily task and responsibilities that I have.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My operations manager is very open to feedback and I can be always transparent as I can be. Especially when I have strategies in mind for the team.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I hope that the company should filter employees that has a heart in what they do. Do not hire people just based on skills only. Personality should be considered.
