Given the current inflationary pressures, it's only reasonable to expect a substantial rise in salaries and bonuses for employees.

The leadership team provides backing and motivation to take a leap forward. Demonstrating care for the team members is immensely significant.

The atmosphere is generally positive, though there's certainly room for further enhancement. The majority of employees are amiable and receptive to feedback.

At times, there were additional tasks but no additional pay. This seems to be the norm and I think it would be best to give more incentives and bonuses.
