3 years I've been with the company has been wonderful. However, I got sick, and I just felt that the company doesn't apply the word "Malasakit" in your bad times. Everyone is hard to please.

an increase should be applicable especially if the government has already implemented as well.

My current team leads always shows "malasakit" individually and with team regardless, if will affect his credibility.

I should say none since the office area are small not enough to accommodate large employee even the restroom

the work at home set up was really an advantage for the company so if this will become permanent indeed a big help to each of employees and with the companies' expenses.
