With over 4 years experience at the company, I say the company has improved a lot since then. The only downside is the salary, which is much lower than other companies with the same client. There is also no place where we might be able to rest

it is easy account but now there are some target you need to hit

the only bad things about our company is the salary and bonuses, bonus and salary increase depends on your scores. lol

The incentive but I hope there was an increase for the employees yearly like me Im almost 4 yrs in the company

give at least a little credit to tenured employees. specially to those who work at your company for almost 5 years above.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
even thou our salary increased last 3 months i think. it's not enough compare to the other company with same client same work like us.

It would be nice if you got at least a small salary increase every year, as well as lower your qualification scores in midyear bonuses. Everyone is trying their best.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
please provide sleeping quarters, or atleast a place where we can take a nap or rest, speacialy for those who are at night shift. We would also appreciate reimbursement for commuting costs
