I am grateful for this job because it allows me to provide for my family. However, there are times when our salary no longer feels sufficient for the amount of work we do. It isn't keeping up with the rising cost of living, nor is it staying competitive with what other companies in the Philippines.

Maybe for staying over 7 years here we are not conpensated enough. Sometimes we feel like staying here because of the people we are working with and not the work anymore.
