In my team, we're just okay with one another. we treat each other with respect.

The fact that I still have a job despite the situation. That makes me grateful.

We have different backgrounds but we work as one. Also, we have a very supportive leader who always check up on us.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I commend how they make sure that things are okay, they check up on you if you're having problems with the tools, work equipment etc.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our task may be somehow repetitive, but we also deal with stress just like everyone else, regardless of how high the position is. We may be at the bottom but we deserve competitive compensation. Or an annual increase at least.
