I'm getting paid to do this, So that makes me happy.

They are fun to work with and we get along very well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We've been given a harder workload so I think it's fair for a pay raise.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are always there when you need them, They are very attentive to everyone as well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I can't say much about this topic because I work remotely but in my opinion, When we play games, I feel like we harmonize together.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There's no pay raise after regularization. Being a moderator is a tough job mentally and psychologically and I think the salary is not enough for the stress that the job comes with.
