it so hard to express by now, we casually doing surveys but I don't feel like you hear us.

They always make everything possible, they always help the employee how to deal with the problems we encounter and resolve it as a team.

When we are having breakouts so we can get together with the team and know them much more and we can address each others concern.

As far as I know we have the lowest salary when it comes to this field compared to other company, and our benefits our not that competitive.

excited if one of may TC or TL will be having a raffle or some kind'a game so we can have fun a lil' bit and have some prizes.

As the management said that our duty is highly competent at the same time in need but we are not well receiving the right amount for the hard work we did

I have issue in HMO I got billed against my will I did everything what I need to do but then again feels like nothing happened If you look into it HR or HMO must be the problem they didn't coordinate it well. and Salary increase is base in such target date how about the time when we excel?

As the company always told us, our Job is not that easy and we know that, that's why we always tried to strive harder and meet the company and client expectation however, even we do the job done it seems like, even we put so much effort the salary is not much or not equal with the hard work we did.
