I do not have a lot of direct interaction with the SMT. They seem decent, hard-working, and mostly approachable. I know they are also very busy and sometimes details get lost. They are human. I know they are trying to do the best job they know how.

Paid a salary that is market level & not have large reductions in compensation from year to year.

I am an hourly worker who takes on responsibilities for multiple teams at the same time, bridging many departments. I am technically part-time, but am available around the clock. I get paid the same amount per hour that my friend who works at Target and has far less responsibility, gets paid.

People on my team genuinely care about each other. They try to work together toward common goals, and at the same time, make work enjoyable for themselves and everyone else. My manager is also very supportive, which helps a lot!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The transparency is an important aspect of the culture, but I see that getting more lost over time.

the flexibility to not do the long commute to the office and to be remote when I need to. Also enjoy coming to the office and the environment when there are others in there as well

Most of the people in my office like to make the environment fun. We play games together, have silly contests, and most folks really enjoy hanging out together.
