Our team is a support organization within the company that is dedicated to supporting internal customers. They work diligently to improve systems in order to support the customers needs.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need more empowerment. Operations are still silo'd without roles that can work effectively across teams. Each team is personally responsible for a specific service, so getting all teams together to troubleshoot an issue or provide new services, especially regionally, is difficult.
