They are from different region so everyone brings a flavor to how things are done and we get to pick the best practices and implement them

Wonderful and experienced professionals. Many of them can speak 2 or even 3 languages, many have deep international experience

Inheriting a team as a people manager is a challenge as there isn't a drive from the top to ensure accountability
