I wish it was better. Been through 6 store managers in 3 years. Stepped down from manager because I wasn't getting the pay. Now I don't know what I'm going to do. I'm a struggling mom that works hard when kid is in school. Now y'all don't want to work with me when their is no school & I can't work.

Stocking , helping the costmer with great customer service and a smile
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Wonderful customers that appreciate me and tell me they always be back as long as I still work there or they're going to dollar general!
