Worst job I've had. The benefits and pay are terrible.

Pay raises so we can find quality staff and stop overworking staff

We are understaffed and over worked. The store managers need to lead by effective examples
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was a fast interview but I'm assuming it's because even the store manager knows the employees probably aren't sticking around long.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I can't even afford the benefits family dollar provides. I am a full time management employee and can't afford to pay my bills let alone pay for insurance.
