What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My guest are generally the only positive in my day.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I think originally everyone was trying their best, but over time with poor instruction everything has fallen to the wayside.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Zero benefits or atleast that is how the general manager explained it. Not only that if you are sick expect hours docked or some sort of passive aggressive message sent to you or said to you.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What leadership literally every day we are told we must rush to do something else because the truck is coming or because the management hasn't put up schematics or has told us not to put up holiday stuff.
