Great teamwork from hourly employees with poor management.. leading to short staffed buildings with little to no trained employees
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was fired in front of my entire staff or standing up for myself to a malicious, disrespectful store manager with police present. I was bullied out of a position and fired from a job I did well but refused to tolerate harassment off the clock
