The assistant managers praise for work done and the customers chit chat.

The assistant managers are very informative and they all work with cashiers and assist very fast if needed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Cashiers stock,recover store,unload semi deliveries,sweep and mop and watch manager stand at front door staring outside and being rude in front of customers.
