They treat their employees like garbage. They over work and underpay. They alienate everyone that works in the store. I was called lazy, yet I was one of the hardest working employees they had. We get no holiday pay, The trucks are never on time which messes with everyones schedule.

You get to meet and help people.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Stop telling me what they will and wont work on. Show up on time, work harder

I have no idea... maybe ask them about their life insteadnof the same questions everyone googles the answers to.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Stores out dated, roof leaks, systems always crashing or changing, schedules are never made fairly or on time. Trucks somt show up or show up too early, stock room is too small, cameras dont work so ppl rob us blind! Employees are rude and lazy. Tired of getting blamed for others not doing their job
