The only managers I met while working at Family Dollar who even had an ounce of kindness were the pulaski store manager and her sister in law, everyone else should not work in customer service. In all my jobs I have had I have never been talked to the way these other mangers talk to me.

All of them were kind and had their own stories to tell.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I do not like anything, they pick favorites and see anything else you say as lies.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Corporate is corrupt, workers dont care about the job with what they are paid, and the CEO is dogshit.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The work the expect us to do when there are 3+ call ins a week is horrid. It would be barrable if you wern't being talked to as if you're a 7 year old and youre moms about to beat you.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
On the corporate level this company is infected with some form of negligence to what workers should be paid and what they should have to deal with. They are blind to things employees say about their "favorites" and will do nothing of such except just tell them what you said was wrong about them.
