all of our team is hard working just not our store manager everyone is going to leave because of her

the store manager is just not a good manager she is only there for a check she tells us that all the time
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
she need to get better at everything all she does every day is sit at the computer the asm's work there but off but the store manager does nothing at all all day you need to fix this or you will have no one working at this store everyone wants to quit even the asm
