The group I work with at the store is amazing. Our district manager is lacking our floors hasn't been stripped and waxed in over a year. Lights outside do not work. Trash pick up days are not honored by the trash company. This is things he will not fix but comes down on us if the floors look bad.

No one in the store I work at is valued by our district manager.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My team at the store are trying our best but have limited hours and recourses.
