Team meetings. A rotating schedule for those who have kids

Managers need to take accountability for the rude actions. Also need to have team building meetings
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Conflict resolution should be required for managers to take. Also i believe there should be an investigation when a manager and district manager show poor leadership
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel under valued because i took time out my day to wake up and come to a job that i feel uncomfortable at. Where i see the schedule times goes to the managers best friend instead of actually having a team meetings to see where resolutions can reside
