I feel I was not trained properly on the use of coupons as i did not know the correct way to discount the use of cigarettes coupons if I was properly trained I feel I would not have needed to be fired .

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I found it ok being the neighbor hood in which I reside and work in.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Properly training cashiers so they can enjoy working and moving up in the company.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Lack of respect is most of what the customer would complain about as well as bad service do t the fact most of the time only one cashier could run register do to the fact that a register was always off line or broke.
