Improve Upper Management. Theres is no team. Due to lack of professionalisim by upper management.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Possibly a formal interview with formal questions. Disclosing an unsafe and a severe lack of professionalisim work enviorement before being hired.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Lack of proper leadership. When hired a different wage was agreed upon before employment. Where i recived a lower wage than i agreed upon during my hiring.
