I worked only a couple weeks and I already quit the manager lawanda and all 3 of her asst.managers are lazy ,nasty they don't clean that store at all prejudiced against Spanish people which is 80 percent of the customer population I caught 2 black girls damaging property and they do anything sad
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything...... cleaning,need new staff all the way need someone who will be equal to everyone not just the people you know
