I became employed because my friend is the manager. She has a high employee turnover rate and she works 70+ hours a week. I felt motivated to be of help although my career is actually real estate agent. It has came to my light why she has such a turnover rate I feel strongly this should be looked at

Better compensation stronger support for the manager creating a district of managers that can work together and feel appreciated
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I rarely am in contact with the team but the manager of the Preston Idaho store is deeply committed and the hardest working woman I've ever met
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The few stores in a close radius cannot keep employees due to the pay. The burger joints pay more than that. This is a huge burden on your managers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I would say the community. Very small town like a bedroom community to Cache Valley. We need the store and what it has to offer. But without proper employees that commit and are happy I can for see what will happen. Honestly that store should probably be making more money than it does.
