I feel like I was wrongfully fired.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Out of 7, only 3 of us know how todo our jobs the best we can, Noone was properly trained, so for us 3 it's common sense.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Nobody does anything and when they do it dont get done/ placed in correct spots. People call in, and only some of us are willing to cover the hours, not for the person, but due to hours being cut. Stop stealing coworkers things, stop hiding all the papers we need like star sheets and so much more!
