I use to love going to work literally hated to have a day off. But now I can't stand it to much drama and nothing getting done about it boss is friends with all the worker except me and I always get the short end of the stick. My coworkers don't talk to me. They all talk about me behind my back

I didn't really have one she didn't really give me one she just told me to come in .
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Fire the Manger and make all the employees have the district manager number so when something isn't going right and the boss won't do anything we could call him or her
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being a manager she is awful they would rather sit and smoke and make me do the work and make me feel like the bad guy. And the boss is buddy buddy with her workers they do no wrong and I've went to her a million times and she never does anything about it. I hate working at family dollar
