What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
people aren't very rude. i imagine stores in bigger cities have worse customers
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If i was paid a liveable wage. How am i supposed to survive off of 9 an hour when rent is over $1000 a month. not to mention store managers dont get paid nearly enough for all the work they put in
