Was a good place to work they put me in a bigger store with no help they are killing the managers I been working 14,16 hours a day open-close 24/7 with no day off 100 hours a week since my assistant quit it not just me there another manager in same boat about to turn my keys ino life / family time

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No extra pay for new store get rip off on bonus and never can take my vocation because no one would help since no overtime allowed
