The associates get along and work together. If there is any problems that arises we communicate to resolve it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Associates get along for the most part. We work together as a team to keep product on the shelves, customers happy and coming back. Our store always get compliments on the service and cleanliness of the store.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In my opinion you should be compensated for your hard work. I realize store managers (not ASMs) earn bonuses each month if sales and wastes are at a certain percentages but it's also the ASM's and CSR's that make this happen as well. A Manger is only as good as their "Team"
