Seeing customers smile, and cheering upset customers up, especially cheering up children.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have worked overtime, sometimes 12-14 hour shifts when needed, and I'm still being paying $9.25 an hour, when promised at least $11 per hour.
