What did you like most about the interview process?
They made it easy for me to be hired to help keep them racking in the money so that they don't have to do their jobs.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work hard for a company that seems to not care if people are being sexually harassed and mistreated. And still go to work and work hard for minimum wage.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We hard hard workers trying to make a store survive with little help from company. Fending to keep a store for community and not making much and barely able to pay bills and feed our own families
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We are trying to do our best to make it at minimum wage and other places paying workers more and working hard for a company that keeps putting us off. Not seeming to care if the store will survive. We bring in profit but don't get much in return. Hard to feed a family on $11/ hr in 2023
