What did you like most about the interview process?
It was fast and easy
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to get better at stocking instead of putting products anywhere just because one product is the same price as the other .
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It can be improved by putting in new positions systems and hiring NOT BAG CHECKERS but actual ARMED SECURITY. Security is always coming over the intercom saying the time and they watching all activity but when the same people keep stealing out the store nothing is done.
